These photos are from a couple of weeks ago, I gave you a little taster here. The reason I didn’t share them at the time was because I shot them for an online publication, the reason I’m now sharing them is because I sent them in time for the deadline but never got a reply so have no idea if they liked them or will be even using them. I loved them so thought I’d share them with you.
I love the old train, it’s a permeant fixture at Moor Street train station in Birmingham. So I thought it was a nice way of showing you a new location and my new purchases. Well there a couple of weeks old now. My skirt is Topshop and I brought it on uniform which means I got it at a rather nice discount price – I loved the vintage inspired print and shape. I teamed it with my vintage M&S blouse which you can see here and I’m also wearing a new cardigan which I got with a gift card from christmas, I love saving them and cashing them when you’ve nearly forgotten you had it. But most of all my new shoes from office, I’m so in love with them!!
What I Wore – Coat, Scarf & Blouse – Vintage Skirt – Topshop Cardigan & Satchel Bag – Urban Outfitters Shoes – Office
Unintentionally, my outfit turned out to look like a school girls uniform, I’m wearing this motel dress with a black tie as a bow. I’m also wearing spotty tights and ankle socks with my beloved Office brogue boots, I liked my school uniform type look, ha ha… It was only when we got to the warehouse and set up the camera and when I started posing that Caroline said you look like a rebel private school girl.
Caz and I played with my new camera remote – which I got for my Birthday off Dave, I was also lucky enough to get a pretty slick Canon flash from my dad. I love the remote it means we we’re able to take pics of each other then prate around and take photos together, we had a lot of fun with it. I will show you some very funny and silly jumping photos we took another time as this post is pretty photo heavy already.
What I’m Wearing – Coat & Bag – Vintage Dress – Motel Belt & Socks – H&M Boots – Office Watch – Urban Outfitters
Heres a little sneak peak of a outfit post I’ve done but it’s for something that I cannot share with you until it’s finished / I don’t want to jinx it incase it doesn’t come about, but you can see I’m sporting new shoes, new cardigan from Urban outfitters and a skirt I go on uniform from Topshop, oh and this blouse.
I’m so in love with these shoes, there my way of competing with Caz’s shoes! He he!!
I’m becoming a creature of habit and love my Sunday morning walks and outfit shoots. This is becoming a weekly fix, which makes me feel good as I’m working full-time and don’t have time to blog in the week. Which really gets me down as I find blogging relaxes me and I enjoy it. So when it comes to Sundays I love getting dressed and getting our cameras together and heading down to the park. I’m wearing my new dress, which I altered the length of. I’m so pleased with it and can’t wait for the summer, I feel this dress will be the perfect summer dress!
I love the pale pastel colours in this dress, there rather light compared to my normal colour pallet but I love them next to the rich navy and bright mustard / yellow cardigan.
What I Wore… Coat, Dress & Hat – Vintage Cardigan & Belt – H&M Shoes – River Island Bag & Watch – Urban Outfitters Brooch – Topman
I love these last couple of shots, I like the framing and set up. I think the colour’s look bold and fresh to. Such a fun outfit to wear! I have a couple of out takes and up closes of our bags from this shoot which I will share later in the week.
