Sunday Strolls

It’s been a hot minute since my last post, I have a bit of catching up to do… Since we took these snaps in our local common in London, we’ve actually moved to Los Angeles. Yup, that’s right, we’re now living in the sunny California. While writing this I’m sitting on the bed of the apartment we’ll be staying in for the next eight weeks.

The last couple of months has been a blur of excitement, stress and anxiety. Getting our visas, handing in my notice at work and saying goodbye to loved ones has been tough as hell. Moving house is hard, moving country is even harder. We’ve still got lots to sort out, like getting my EAD work permit, our social security numbers and finding our own place to live, but all the stress is slowly disappearing and pure joy and relief is setting in – which is bloody lovely, it’s so nice not to be stressed out.

We are fresh off the plane, landing last night, with five huge suitcases packed up with all our most loved possessions. Today we explored the local area and went for brunch, if you fancy seeing more I’ve added snaps to my stories highlights, and I will defiantly be creating a guide to LA. Including the most instagramable brunch & shopping spots, I can’t wait to get exploring even further. Lots of LA photos coming soon!
