I do love the warm weather but not the trouble of what to wear in the heat, especially on my feet. I’m not one for sandles, I’m not really a fan of getting my toes out and I really can’t wear sliders (annoyingly they always fall off my feet and I end up getting cramp, tres annoying). I have my good Zara espadrilles but they can’t do for a day running errands in the city. Enter my trusty Vans, they serve me so well. I love mixing them with dresses toughen up even the girliest of dresses.

Teaming this maxi I got last year with my vans, straw bag and my hair up in a pony; only way to survive this muggy hot weather! Adding huge tassels earring to give a sassy feminine touch to the look.

What’s  your go to summer shoes? How do you survive the humid heat? I’d love to get some new ideas from you.

What I’m wearing –
Dress – Zara
Bag & Earrings – Topshop
Trainers – Vans
Sunglasses c/o Sunglass Shop

  1. Its agreat look, you suit wearing your hair up 😙
My summer go to shoe is light weight slip on canvas pumps by day and pointy low heels for night time hang out with friends. I like to walk around the house bare foot and give my feet a break. In summer i treat my feet to a foot soak with walm water and a few droos of lavender oil. That way my feet are sweet for summer

    1. Light weight slip ons sound ideal in this current heatwave were having!

Wearing it up is the only way to cope with this heat. Thank you x
