Little New Years Magic

Hope ya’ll had a wonderful Christmas!
With the year drawing to a close its nice to get dolled up and hit the town or rather in my case the local pub, to celebrate with friends. The drinks are flowing, everyones in high spirits for the year ahead, and the count down till the clock strikes 12 has begun. I love to get my glad-rags on, especially after a week of comfy Christmas clothes.

This year I’m braving the cold and ditching the tights, they just make my velvet midi look frumpy and I’m not about that life. Instead donning my gold ankle boots, I mean its the perfect time of year for a gold ankle boot! Although I’m not wearing tights I have layered my midi dress with a sheer mesh spot top, too give it a little extra texture. For extra warmth I’m wearing my trusty faux fur jacket, it has to be said this is one of my best purchased from 2017!

It also has to be said that 2017 is the year I tried wearing earrings again, after about 10 years of not wearing them. Instead of staring off small I went full on big tassels and it’s only right to wear these on one of the biggest nights out. I’m also sporting my beaut of a new bag from Cambridge Satchel. It’s the Poppy Bag in oxblood, one of my favourite colours ever. I can’t wait to style this baby up in the new year, I have so many outfit ideas planned.

Hope ya’ll have a wonderful NYE how ever you choose to spend it, in PJ’s on the sofa, in the local pub or dancing the night away. Heres to 2018!

What I’m wearing –
Dress & Mesh Top – Oasis
Jacket – Zara
Earrings – ASOS
Bag c/o Cambridge Satchel
Boots – Office
