Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

I hope you had a lovely evening seeing in the new year! We spent it with friends at our local pub. Well, without further ado, here’s my first post of 2017.

I don’t know about you, but here in London winter seems to be in full force, over the last couple of days the temperatures have dropped. January here in the UK is often bleak, rainy and very cold, which makes it difficult to shoot decent outfit pictures. Thankfully for this one I’m wearing a warm jumper, which makes going outdoors a little bit more comfortable.

This cosy grey number is from Shein, I’ve teamed it up with a pleather midi skirt, perfect for winter conditions. See what you think but, I’ve decided on a double grey colour scheme today by wearing it with this Simply Be collarless coat. I love the furry pockets, they are marvellous. To inject an extra twist of fun to this look, I’m showcasing my cute patch bag from Zara, definitely no bad vibes here ๐Ÿ˜‰

I’m really rather excited for the new year ahead of us and the many possible fresh adventures my blog will take. 2017 is already shaping up nicely, I am going to be rather busy, just leafing through my diary I see trips booked up to attend London and Paris fashion weeks, travel further afield is on the cards with a holiday to Disneyland Florida. Closer to home is my best friends wedding, I am going to be her bridesmaid, I’m so excited. Plus we have all the preparations for our own big day to squeeze in.

I’m still working on my New Years resolutions, so far I want to get healthy and resume my diet and clean eating plan. Have you set any New Years resolutions? I’d love to hear about them, or are you going to wing it in 2017? Whatever your style, enjoy!

    1. Considering it doesn’t do up it’s surprisingly warm. When I did the festive looks post (below) and I wasn’t wearing tights I thought I’d freeze but the coat kept me warm! I’m glad this bag gets a lot of love, I feel it deserves it for being super cute!
