Santa Claus Is Coming To Town

img_1294I am now in full festive swing….
Here’s my Christmas checklist:
Cards – Check
Candy canes – Check
Presents – Check
Decorated the tree – Check
Christmas jumper – Check

Everything is well under way, and to celebrate I’m donning a Christmas jumper. What makes this little number special is it is completely bespoke and embroidered to myown design. I like to create my own look and like to wear something a little different to the usual.

It’s from Clothes 2 Order….and I think it’s cool that you can choose or design your own ideas. If you fancy it, all you have to do is choose your design and get your order in. Not feeling creative, don’t worry, they have many styles for you to choose from.

Being design conscious, I spent a lot of time thinking about what I wanted on my jumper. My advice is to keep it simple, because the idea I had in mind was too intricate to be embroidered within the time scale and alas I just ran out of time to come up with a new illustration.

You could get a favourite festive slogan embroidered or even printed onto a favourite colour jumper, cool hey? In fact if you are stuck for present ideas, this could be a great personalised gift for someone as a jumper doesn’t have to be just for Christmas, it would make a special birthday gift or maybe create a great vibe at a group event; like a hen, stag or work do, how cute!

Many people have started making plans for national Christmas Jumper Day, it’s held every year in December, in 2016 National Christmas Jumper Day will take place on Friday, December 16th. Many people support charities by wearing their Christmas jumper to work, this little number would be perfect.

I’m definitely up for my next jumper, I am considering whether to get my initials embroidered on it or perhaps a witty quote, the possibilities for creative freedom are endless! What design would you choose?
Now, back to those tempting candy canes, nom nom.
