Lady In Red –
Never has an item of clothing made me swoon so much, it was love at first sight. It has all the qualities that make me feel special. Even as I walk along, I am enjoying a sense of femininity and elegance, I get that ‘on the catwalk’ feel. It has the perfect amount of floaty swish The source of said swishiness (yes, a totally made up a word) is due to the designers clever cut, oodles of pleats and amazing fabric. In fact, when I wear it, I truly feel damn good!
For it’s first appearance on the blog, I opted to style it against a black palette, ensuring the skirt as the main feature of this outfit. It works…. after all it is a pretty bold statement in itself!
Weather wise, it was a changeable morning for our photo shoot, so I paired my new crush, the red skirt, with a black jumper, beautifully embellished on the shoulders. I didn’t reckon on the afternoon sun making an appearance. I’m really not complaining, it was good to see it shining and beaming bright in the sky. Never the less, I still love this outfit! It can work across the seasons and for a variety of occasions. When it came to deciding on finishing touches, I popped on these studded ankle boots, grabbed my black mock crock bag and trusty fedora hat, ta-dah- complete!
Do you have an outfit that makes you feel just great? This one is mine!

Sunglasses & Hat – Urban Outfitters I picked up this sweet little necklace from the most recent New Look press day, such a lovely gift AND it has my initials on it! Before our outfit photo-shoot, Dave and I headed to Sweet, in Exmouth Market, Farringdon. I had a warming cup of tea and Dave, coffee of course and we shared a toastie. I love our date days and little trips exploring all the temptations of North London, I think Coco enjoys our days out too!
