Park Life

Weekend strolls around the local park with Coco and Dave, are one of my favourite things to do. These snaps are from our walk this morning, it was glorious in the sun, but bitterly cold. How quickly things turn upside down, I am now on the sofa, tucked up with a hot water bottle feeling rotten – hoping an afternoon of rest and warmth will make me just right again.

For our morning stroll, I wanted to wear something comfy and casual, opting for my striped t-shirt with denim dungaree dress. You will see how I added a hoodie under my jacket for extra warmth. Then I decided on a pair of Vans to complete the look and I can tell you, they are truly the most comfortable shoes I own. I have to admit, they are looking rather tatty now, especially when you compare them to Dave’s pair….ok it’s true, yes we have matching Vans. Don’t you hate it when a much loved item starts to wear out?

Well, I have lots of interesting posts coming to this blog over the next couple of weeks, including a recent stay at the amazing Hoxton Hotel, plus a dinner date review and an SS16 campaign with Lois. I can’t wait to share it all with you!

Cough, pass me a tissue anyone?
