Rebel, Rebel

These outfit photographs were taken while exploring Margates old town – this area is full to the brim of carefully cured vintage clothing, upcyled furniture and antique stores, with plenty of super cute cafes to boot. As we wandered around the cobbled streets stumbling upon hidden treasure after hidden treasure, I had the idea of documenting all the wonderful independent places of the old town to share with ya’ll, so that’s what I did. I’m currently working on the post and hope to have it up for you to take a butcher at end of next week. There are so many interesting places to visit and shop in the old town I couldn’t help but photograph it- ahh yes, I dusted off my camera and took some photos, along with Dave’s help but mostly my photography will be in that post ;-).

Back to the matter at hand – this dress has fast become one of my favorites and go to at the weekends, it’s so easy and effortless to wear, yet looks like I’ve made effort. Aren’t those the best kind of dresses!? As this outfit is something you’ve seen before, I thought I’d leave the fedora behind for a change (yes, occasionally I don’t wear it) I added this deep purple faux fur stole to warmth and texture, I got this furry beaut from a Boohoo press day, it’s so fluffy and soft. I love how it adds a touch of glamour to my look.
