Golden Grass…

This outfit was originally going to be a valentines inspired look but slowly turned into an anti-valentines look – oops! I didn’t mean to, I guess my mood wasn’t for red and cutesy berets but more for a grungy beanie hat and my Dr Martens.

I picked up this beanie hat from Topshop, it’s the same as my burgundy one which has kept me so warm I thought it was a wise move to get it in black too! I’m glad I did as its makes my camel coat wearable on chilly days (thats what’s so good about my parka, its furry hood!).

This spot is one of my favorite summer time locations for taking outfit photos, for a long time the reeds had been cut back but thankfully they are growing back nicely and I can see lots more photographs being taken here!

  1. It may not be the most obvious Valentine’s Day outfit, but it’s still lovely. I like that it still has pops of red. And what a beautiful, golden, light-filled location (that matches your coat!).
